Welcome to Ember Brew! Every item in our shop is uniquely crafted and printed to order just for you. Because we do not hold a warehouse of inventory, this allows us to offer a wider variety of bookish goods without creating unnecessary waste.

Because of this made-to-order process, please read our policies carefully before purchasing.

Shipping Times & Production Because every piece is crafted specifically for you after you place your order, we are unable to offer next-day or “Prime” style shipping. Please allow 2-5 business days for your item to be printed and prepared before it ships.

Additionally, transit times can vary greatly! The exact shipping speed depends on which of our specialized printing partners is creating your specific item, where they are located, and whether your package is traveling domestically or internationally. We promise the magic of receiving your order will be worth the wait!

Cancellations Once an order is placed, it is automatically sent to our printing partners to begin production. Because of this, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been submitted. Please double-check your sizes and shipping address before checking out!

Returns & Exchanges (Buyer’s Remorse or Sizing) Because every item is printed specifically for you upon ordering, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, or if you simply change your mind. To ensure you get the perfect fit, please refer to the detailed size charts provided in the image gallery of every apparel item before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items If the magic was lost in transit and your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will absolutely make it right! Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at laura@emberbrew.co with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear photo of the damage or printing error
  3. A photo of the item showing the design and the entire product

Once we verify the defect with our printing partner, we will gladly issue a free replacement or a refund.
